Payment Rules
Payment is due on the 1st of the month, but you have a 5 day grace period to pay. See the Payment Rules for more info on late fees, deposits and receipts.

Scholarships
Any student member of ICC can apply for either or both of the two scholarships we offer, whether they're enrolled at UT or any other area school.
Education Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded once a year to provide needs-based assistance to student members in accordance with ICC's vision and mission statements:
Vision: we educate and empower ourselves through cooperative living
Mission: we provide low-cost housing to the campus community
The Membership Committee will evaluate all entries and select a winner. All applicants will receive a letter by U.S. mail indicating whether or not they have been awarded a scholarship. The winner's member account will be credited with $600.

Art Scholarship
This scholarship provides an opportunity for members to improve common living spaces in ICC houses through permanent and semi-permanent artwork. A common living space is any part of ICC property that is not designated as a single or double room.
The Membership Committee will evaluate all entries and select a winner. All applicants will receive a letter by U.S. mail indicating whether or not they have won. The winner's member account will be credited with $200 when the artwork is completed.
