Executive Coordinating Committee (ECC)
The ECC is kind of like a mini Board of Directors. The committee is comprised of the seven ICC-wide coordinators and chaired by the Committee Coordinator. This committee is special because each member of the ECC is the chair of committee that oversees an area of ICC management. The ECC usually meets every other week to discuss committee activity, review new proposals, plan ICC-wide events, and address issues related to ICC membership. The committee also makes recommendations to the Board and reviews the General Administrator.
Any and all ICC members are welcome at ECC meetings to present proposals, participate in discussion, and observe ECC activities. For specific duties and responsibilities of the ECC, please refer to the standing rules.
